Felt Overlay Freebie

I've wanted to make this for some time. I really like the look of felt elements in digiscraping kits. I know there are ways to create felt by blur and adding RGB noise, etc. I could never make it look right, so I made an overlay. This overlay works better if you use multiply in the layers mode. Then you can mess with the opacity to make it the right shade. It will make colors a bit darker (especially bright ones) so be prepared. Let me know if you have any major malfunctions. • Change your template to Minima (this is the only way this will work) If this makes you nervous, save your current template to your desktop.
